Sellers comments
This house has been our much loved family home for 22 years. We are retiring and moving out of London. The house is an end of terrace with a gated side entrance and has its own parking space to the front. It has a kitchen diner with a very useful walk-in pantry. It has has lots of good storage space. The walls have been pumped so the property is easy to heat. It has a mature, easy to maintain garden with a substantial brick fronted shed. Our favourite thing about the property is the south and west facing garden with a paved patio; in the summer we open the patio doors and the garden becomes a wonderful extra living space.
The street has always been quiet and peaceful but even more so now, since it became a Low Traffic Neighbourhood Street with the Harrow road exit closed to cars. Children are now playing and learning to ride their bikes on the street. There are only 8 houses on the street and we have great neighbours, many of whom have lived on the street longer than ourselves.
