"We purchased the property approximately 16 years ago as part of our pension plan.  We felt the property was ideal  to rent to the average size family and there is an easily managed garden, it is close to local amenities ie high street shops, schools, bus and rail services and the local council swimming pool.  The previous tenants who lived at the property for 15 years, fitted well into the local community.  They decided to move out recently because their children have grown up and moved away and they wanted a smaller, single storey property.  Both neighbours either side are owner occupiers and we have always had a good relationship with them."
