Broadlands, is a stunning property we purchased in October 2021.
What made us fall in love with Broadlands was its enchanting garden, breath-taking outlook, and the amazing wildlife that comes to life every morning. The south-facing garden is simply gorgeous, with its own semi private driveway.  The rear garden (south facing) backs onto a beautiful field and wonderful trees, creating a serene and picturesque setting.

Originally a 1970s property, Broadlands underwent a major renovation in 2022, which we completed to the highest standard (we are perfectionists!). The transformation included expanding the house from a 4-bedroom to a 6-bedroom home by converting the loft. We also rewired, replumbed, and rendered the entire house, and added a new 5 by 12 meter modern kitchen.
Located in the beautiful village of Stonesfield, Broadlands is surrounded by wonderful dog walks and incredibly friendly neighbours. Woodstock and Blenheim Palace are just 10 minutes away, and there are many excellent local pubs to enjoy. We will truly miss Stonesfield and the surrounding villages and all they have to offer.
