The Accommodation Bureau is a family owned letting agency based in Cornwall. Established for over 25 years, we focus solely on lettings and property management. Directors Judith &amp; Lee Morford take a ‘hands-on’ approach, having a daily involvement in the running of the business. A Referencing Fee of £45 per adult applicant is payable on application.   If required, a Guarantor Fee of £45 is also payable.  A Move-In Fee of £145 per property (covering tenancy agreement/inventory etc) is payable at the start of a tenancy.  (All fees quoted inclusive of VAT).  No other fees apply - we DO NOT charge renewal fees!
