For any faults, tenants are initially directed to our online portal, which allows reactive repair reporting 24 hours a day. Our maintenance team can operate a &#39;Spend-Limit&#39; policy, meaning we consult you if any repair costs exceed an agreed amount (say £100). This figure is agreed with you before we commence management of the property.
