We charge a non-refundable holding deposit of £200. We take 1 month’s security deposit and 1 and a half months advance rent. There may be an additional pet deposit if requested by a landlord (property dependent). The referencing and administration fee is £200 &#43; VAT for the first applicant and £150 &#43; VAT for every other person. All tenants over the age of 18 must be reference checked. If a guarantor is needed the cost is £100 (including VAT). There is an additional fee of £80 &#43; VAT if you wish to renew the tenancy. Additional costs (property dependent) are £30 &#43; VAT for deposit protection scheme registration and £110 &#43; VAT for a check-out at the end of the tenancy
