Black Pear Lettings are a local company offering a range of room lets to both students and professionals. We offer rooms to let all over the Worcestershire area and over a range of accommodation from shared houses to commercial conversions, ensuite rooms to pods offering their own kitchen and shower room. We ensure that all accommodation offered meets the criteria of Multiple Occupancy Housing set by Worcester City Council.  A forward looking business based on the traditional values, we strive to be at the forefront of the room letting market, and invest much time and effort in ensuring that we are fully up to date with ever changing tenancy law and government legislation. Together with our attention to detail and conscientious attitude we have the experience, resources and skills to deliver the kind of services that landlords and tenants require.
