Directions - From Whitchurch take the B5476 south for approximately 6 miles and turn right signposted 'Whixall, Dobsons Bridge and Northwood Mill'. Continue for just over 1 mile to the T junction at Dobsons Bridge and turn right. Continue for 0.2 of a mile and turn left down a quiet country lane (unsigned) where, immediately before a white rendered bungalow, a smaller lane leads to the left, with the land located at the culmination of the lane, identified by a Halls "For Sale" board.
