DESCRIPTION
The land at Hunsonby represents an opportunity to rent productive grazing land in the village of Hunsonby. The land extends to a total of approximately 7.11 acres (2.88ha). It is made up of three smaller fields, with the boundaries being a mixture of stone walls and fencing.
According to the Provisional Land Classification, the land is classified as a mixture of Grade 2 and Grade 3 and is part of Soilscape 18, which has slowly permeable seasonally wet slightly acidic but base rich loamy and clayey soils.

- Rent Reviews: Three yearly to open market value.
- Repairs: Tenant responsible for all repairs and water supply.

- Restrictions: Land to remain as permanent pasture – not to be ploughed.
