With regard to local amenities there are a lot of options available to you.

For shopping and recreation Addlestone town centre with a Tesco Extra, a Waitrose and a multitude of other shops, restaurants, gym and the Light cinema complex is a few minutes drive away, whilst Weybridge Town Centre is equally accessible.

Transport wise you are a short drive to the M25 at Junction 11 and there is a train station in Addlestone as well as the mainline station in Weybridge.

This really is a fantastic apartment, and a further benefit is that it is being sold with a share of the freehold and with no onward chain.
