Both Landlords and Tenants prefer to deal with Indigo.  Indigo at a Glance Indigo is of course a registered member of ARLA and all of our tenants deposits are registered under a TDS (both can be verified on line by logging onto the appropriate web sites).  Our departments are structured as follows:  Lettings Department: Responsible for marketing our landlords properties to prospective tenants. Our negotiators coordinate with our viewings team to arrange accompanied viewings of available properties. Once a suitable tenant has been found for a specific property, all matters concerning referencing, contracts, rent warranties, etc. are taken care of by our negotiators. Customer Service Department: Once a property has been successfully let, the management of the tenancy and the property (maintenance), is passed to our management team. From here on all matters concerning rent collection, maintenance and all general tenant/landlord issues, are dealt with by our management team.  Our management team also works closely with our building/electrical/plumbing & gas contractors, who carry out day to day repairs, reported to us by tenants. All of our engineers are fully qualified and registered with the appropriate regulatory body.  Accounts: Our accounts department is responsible for allocating incoming rental receipts to the appropriate account and forwarding payments to our landlords
