The third bedroom offers a roomy twin setup, complete with a side table and wardrobe space. The double rooms has zip Lock mattresses so the beds can be separated to be used as a twin room. LOCATION
Searles Leisure Resort, a perfect holiday park on the Norfolk Coast beside the Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton. The site is only a short walk from the beach, with the Hunstanton Sealife Centre just around the corner. The Leisure complex is where health meets relaxation and fun. Guests can enjoy complimentary access to our heated indoor, sauna, jacuzzi outdoor and splash play pools. For those looking to maintain their fitness goals we also offer memberships and passes to our well equipped gym. The Searles SuperStars dazzle guests with nightly entertainment like no other. Searles Leisure Resort has it all from live music, side-splitting comedy, family-friendly activities, adrenaline-pumping bingo, their entertainment programme offers something for every age to enjoy. The in-house team are infamous for their exceptional quality productions shows, and offerings are rounded out with a regular roster of visiting cabaret acts that will dazzle crowds. There is a wide selection of food, so you can take a break from the cooking, relax, enjoy your holiday. Searles Golf Club is open daily to all Members and visitors. TENURE
45 year Tenure on the Resort - These lodges are sold as holiday homes only so cannot be a main residence, however can be used as a holiday home throughout the 11 month season (9th Feb start to 9th Jan the following year).
REDGATE COURT LODGES ANNUAL FEES:
Pitch fees - £7,640.00 INC. VAT This includes local authority rates, water & sewage and the standing charge for the gas and electricity.
Used gas and Electricity are billed quarterly.
Your holiday home will also need to be insured.
Fees can be paid by direct debit of £636.67 over 12 months or you can pay lump sums of £3,056.00 in November 2024, £3,056.00 in February 2025, £764.00 in May 2025 & £764.00 in August 2025.
