Welcome to Find Your Place. Established in 2004 (as Fresh Steps) we have now been working with property for over 16 years. We initially started out as an estate agency but have moved more towards tenancy and property management. We now manage over 110 individual residential properties and over 20 commercial units. Some of our commercial tenants have included Lloyds Bank, Natwest Bank, Byrons Hamburgers, All Aboard, Insurance brokers and a number of independent Supermarkets, convenience stores, cafes, restuarants, takeaways, hair and beauty, launderettes. Although we still let and sell property, our main focus is now on managing residential tenancies. All the properties we let (or other agents let for us) is managed by our office. From tenancy deposits and check in, to managing the tenancy once the tenant has moved in to the final check out, you will deal with the same company. We manage properties throughout North west, North, Central, South west and West London covering areas such as Fulham, Ladbroke Grove, Kings Cross, Tufnell Park, Shepherds Bush, West Hampstead, Kilburn, Wembley and Harrow to name some. We are members of The Redress scheme, have an independent company to carry out inventories at both check in and check out, are member of the Tenancy Deposit scheme and have a number of teams of contractors to ensure everything runs smoothly during a tenancy. We believe in long term tenancies and therefore strive to provide all our tenants with a service second to none. We also always price our properties competitively to achieve minimum empty periods at the properties. We understand that once a property is let, it becomes the tenants home and our aim is to provide you the best letting experience to help you fully enjoy living in your home.
