The holding offers opportunities for both grazing and mowing with the land being bordered by mature hedgerow boundaries and stock proof fencing to part, with either mains water connected, or natural watering. The previous Tenant has farmed the land since 2013 in accordance with the prescriptions of an Organic Body and
subsequently the land benefits from existing clover rich leys.

Whilst arable cropping is not permitted on the land, it presents the opportunity to a prospective tenant to farm on a permanent or temporary grassland basis, with the ability to over-seed or re-seed being permissible.
