The company is headed by Chris Peskett, a successful residential developer and landlord with extensive experience of the London property market, both as principal and agent. Clare Peskett, a Chartered Accountant, makes sure that everything at the “back end” is working smoothly. The definition of apparent is "capable of being easily perceived or understood" and this is what we have set out to be. There is much to complicate the sales and lettings business and we firmly believe that we can stand out from the crowd by making selling, buying or renting your home as personal, flexible and simple as possible. Chris & his family are Barnes residents and both their children attend Barnes Primary School. Many of the staff live locally in Barnes and East Sheen.
