Someone once came in and asked if we were an art installation. I think it was a compliment. Estate agents hardly have the best reputation, most certainly don’t do much to dispel the stereotypes. We actually care about doing a great job first and foremost. Maybe we won’t change everyone’s mind about our industry but one-by-one we will show them it can be done better.
