Features and description

  • No Chain
  • Private Patio
"I've had an absolutely amazing time at the flat. Waking up and being able to open the doors onto the
decking and enjoy a morning coffee or bask in the evening sun with friends have been highlights for me. The area is incredible with so many brunch and coffee places to choose from (Nectar House is my favourite) and if that wasn't enough the restaurants and the pubs offer such good variety and always have live music or quizzes on. I love the Golden Lion and the roast at The Grace!"

Egerton Court is a well-built, quiet development on the ever-popular Gloucester Road. Venues such as FED 303, The Grace, and Nectar House offer a fantastic range of eateries for people to enjoy, as well as a number of other independents, including Gloucester Road Books, The Rambling Rose, and Fancy Plants in the local area, to name just a few. Surrounded by green spaces, St Andrews Park is a leafy Victorian public park with a children's play area and paddling pool, as well as Horfield Common, which is perfect for dog walkers, runners, and those looking to socialise.

For sports fans, Gloucestershire County Cricket Club hosts regular matches during the summer months just on the other side of Gloucester Road, and Bristol Rovers' Memorial Stadium is slightly further up. The area is well positioned for commuters, with the city centre within walking or cycling distance and regular buses running. The M32 is nearby, with links to the M4 and M5, and Clifton Down Train Station is under two miles away.

A spacious two-bedroom apartment located on the ground floor, it comprises a large living room; a modern kitchen just off the living room, offering an enclosed but spacious cooking area; two spacious double bedrooms with built-in storage; and a well-maintained tiled bathroom. This property also benefits from a private patio area that leads to the communal gardens.
