Founded in 2021 by our directors Callum Garrett and Tom Bradly, Garrett & Bradly’s vision is to be the best estate agent in Bristol, providing our customers with an enjoyable and stress-free journey. Following our experiences working with both local independent estate agents and large online estate agents, we offer a friendly, approachable service that puts the customer journey back at the forefront of buying and selling. We don’t want to reinvent the wheel – too many people starting up say they are “a game-changer” or “the next big thing” – but our philosophy is very simple: customer experience is key. We offer free valuations and a director-led service tailored to each individual seller. At Garrett & Bradly we also work on a no sale, no fee basis, allowing us to achieve the best price from the best and most suitable buyer. To reach the widest audience possible, all Garrett & Bradly properties are advertised on the major property portals, including both RightMove and Zoopla, as well as our own social media channels. We value excellent presentation too, outsourcing professional photography and floor plans to showcase your property. When the offers come in, we negotiate on your behalf until a sale is agreed. From here, we progress the sale alongside your chosen conveyancer until completion is confirmed and we hand over the keys to your buyer.
