The Accommodation Bureau is a family owned letting agency based in Cornwall. Established for over 25 years, we focus solely on lettings and property management. Directors Judith &amp; Lee Morford take a ‘hands-on’ approach, having a daily involvement in the running of the business. From our offices in Bodmin and Redruth, we manage over 600 properties across much of Cornwall for individual and portfolio landlords. We can therefore offer prospective tenants a choice of properties in towns including Bodmin, Wadebridge, St Austell, Launceston, Liskeard, Truro, Camborne, Redruth &amp; Hayle plus of course all surrounding villages.

A Referencing Fee of £45 per adult applicant is payable on application.   If required, a Guarantor Fee of £45 is also payable.  A Move-In Fee of £145 per property (covering tenancy agreement/inventory etc) is payable at the start of a tenancy.  (All fees quoted inclusive of VAT).  No other fees apply - we DO NOT charge renewal fees!
