Oak Student Letts was established in 2003 and since then we estimate we’ve housed over 20,000 students. We now manage well over 400 properties and as we have expanded we have a unique coverage and knowledge of the market for Nottingham Trent University and The University of Nottingham students. We understand that renting a student house can be a confusing business for both landlords and tenants so we try to provide a friendly service. We know that renting can involve difficult decisions at times for both landlords and tenants so we aim to make this process as easy as possible. We employ our own maintenance staff alongside a team of contractors to keep on top of any problems.
