TDS Registration Fee is £50.00 plus VAT (£60.00 including VAT)
per property.

This fee is for Appointmoor Estates to register your Deposit
with the TDS scheme (The Tenancy Deposit Scheme) to protect your deposit held
by Appointmoor Estates as Stakeholders.

Verification Fee is £10.00 plus VAT (£12.00 including VAT) per
applicant.

Additional applicant and/or guarantor is £100.00 per applicant
plus VAT (£120.00 including VAT)
