Higham Hall is located to the edge of the pretty village of Higham on the Hill. The village name means ‘homestead/village which is high’and lies three miles from both Hinkley and Nuneaton. Amenities in the village are St Peter’s Church, and primary school.

General Remarks

Outside

The main entrance to Higham Hall is approached from the northern aspect and is set back from the village lane behind a private electric gate and high hedging. The sweeping driveway is flanked by lawned grounds and mature trees. The rear garden enjoys formal lawns, stone flagged pathways, and many mature deciduous and coniferous trees. To the south elevation is a large stone flagged terrace and a mature beech tree.
