B&M is an independent property agency and is run by two professionals – Monica and Karim. Monica is a graduate at law currently undertaking her LPC and her Masters in National Security. She has a remarkably high passion for commercial and property law, which has led her to pursue a career on this path. Karim is a BEng (Hons) Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree graduate in Civil Engineering. Being in the property business since a noticeably young age, no project is too big for Karim and his team. He has a passion for property that goes far before he started his studies, having acquired around 17 years of experience in the industry.
