Less than a half mile east of Colchester town centre with easy access routes both east and west bound link the coastal routes and the A12 between Chelmsford and Ipswich. Colchester Town train station is only a 3–4-minute walk.
COST
No fixed contracts and easy in/out terms. Each office is let on a Tenancy at Will basis with the rent payable monthly. A further month’s rent is held as a deposit, and one month's notice of termination on either side is required.
The rent quoted is exclusive of business rates as indicated. Tenants may be eligible for 100% business rates relief. The electricity is separately charged at 43p per unit and individually invoiced during occupancy.

• The training conference room can be hired at a reduced tenants rate of £60 per half day/£120 full day.
• Free meeting room usage of 8 hours per month with additional hours charged at £15 per hour.
• Managed broadband and telephone service - Various broadband packages available with no tie ins.
• Signs are provided for the entrance and on each individual entrance door.
• The communal areas are cleaned with each tenant responsible for cleaning their own office.
• Mail is distributed every day and a mail collection service is available.
• Photocopying facilities.
• Mail can be stamped and charged on a monthly basis.
