The area is great and it is as easy to walk to Lewisham as it is to get the train from Elverson Road. There is a local shop just 100 m away and a large Tesco about 300 metres away. The highlight for me is the free book stall at Lewisham station and I regularly pick up a book to read on the way to and from work. Having the gym on site also has been brilliant. I was able to cancel my subscription at a well known (and expensive) gym near work.

'We chose this property because it is so convenient. The station is very close and you can get trains from Lewisham to all sorts of places. Also, if you drive, it is very easy to get onto the motorway network and you can be at Dover in just over an hour and then over to France. They are there 24/7 to help as and when needed. They can take larger packages in for you or if something needs to be signed for. They are efficient which is re-assuring and helps keep the whole development safe and secure.'
