What I love about the house
We love the size of the house, from the generous entrance hallway through to the large open plan lounge and dining room, the house has a great flow and is brilliant for entertaining.
We love all the period features of the house, original fireplaces in all of the bedrooms, high ceilings, stripped back dark timber floors, the house is oozing with character.
We love nothing more than on a cold winters night to be sat around the open fire and watching a great movie!
We love the double French doors that open onto the garden, which is a perfect spot in the summer for those all-important BBQs.
We absolutely love the oversized bathroom with rolltop bath, double glass brick shower and twin sinks.
We love the storage, there is an abundance of storage, loads of cupboards and the biggest loft space you can imagine
We love when the sun is out, it streams through the big bay windows at the front of the house for most of the day
We love that it has off street parking for two cars, no need to get a parking permit!
What I love about the Area
We love that within two minutes walk you can be on the heath of Blackheath, which is a huge expanse of parkland, perfect for exercising or a picnic in summer. A few minutes further on you can walk to Greenwich park for some of the best views of London
We love that its only a 15 minute walk into Blackheath village which has a great abundance of brilliant restaurants, pubs, cafes and more.
We love that there is a massive Tescos within a 5 minute walk
What's great about transport?
We love that the house is also only 2 mins walk to the nearest DLR station (Elverson Rd), perfect if you work in Canary Wharf. Alternatively its a 6 minute walk to Lewisham overland station which is one of the most serviced stations in London, with trains heading into London Bridge (10 min journey time) and Charring Cross (15 min) station at frequent intervals.

OnTheMarket may have applied supplementary data to this property listing, including:
Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on October 1, 2022
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on October 1, 2022
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on April 26, 2021 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
