Early Termination of Contract (Tenants Request) If the tenant request to leave their contract early, they shall be liable for the associated landlords reasonable costs in finding a new tenant.(£495.00) This includes the marketing and re-letting the property, The Tenant will also be liable to pay rent due under the tenancy agreement until the start date of the replacement tenancy.
