Nock Deighton are delighted to present this lovely two bedroom detached cottage situated in the secluded hamlet of Strefford, Craven Arms. Offering parking and a small garden, this property must be viewed to be fully appreciated.
The ground floor briefly comprises entrance hall, spacious kitchen/diner (appliances not included), living room, W/C and a useful under-stairs storage area.
To the first floor are two well-sized double bedrooms, separated by a modern bathroom with shower over bath.
The property is neutrally decorated throughout and each room is complete with either curtains or a blind for privacy.
The garden is positioned to the side of the house, and is equipped with two small potting/work sheds. A large gate has been installed for privacy, allowing for a car to be parked within the area if necessary. The garden can also be accessed via French doors in the living room.
To the rear, the property overlooks vast countryside, and sits within the grounds of another property with shared gated access.
The property is located in a small hamlet, away from the main road but only 7 minutes by car to the nearest supermarket and other amenities of Craven Arms, including a train station. Ludlow is some 25 minutes south and Shrewsbury 36 minutes north by car.
PARKING - there is space for one car to be parked in front of the house (whilst still allowing the landlord access to their garage), along with a further space near the gated entrance, and room for an additional car within the aforementioned gated garden area.
IMPORTANT - Unfortunately, this property is not suitable for children due to being within close proximity to a swimming pool. Cats are not permitted due to a dog living nearby. Scaffolding will be put up briefly this year for mandatory roof works and painting. This property is positioned close to livestock therefore applicants are asked to consider suitability with pets.
Please note that oil is supplied through a submeter and is to be paid to the landlord directly at the rate billed by the supplier. Water and electricity are paid directly to the suppliers.

OnTheMarket may have applied supplementary data to this property listing, including:
Broadband availability and predicted speed
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on June 26, 2019 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
Any supplementary data should not be relied upon as forming part of any property particulars and OnTheMarket cannot be held responsible for any incorrectness in this data. See here for more information.
