The property is situated off Queens Road in Beeston, half a mile (1000m) away from the West Entrance to University Park Campus (a 10 minute walk).
Along Queens Road are convenience shopping facilities. Further grocery and other shopping facilities are located a short walk away within Beeston town centre. Beeston has an excellent range of shopping facilities including large Tesco and Sainsburys, a Lidl and specialist greengrocers, butchers, fish mongers etc.
