The kitchen has 2 of everything including fridge-freezers, hobs, ovens, sinks, kettles, microwaves and one washing machine. Tenancy dates are flexible. Rent includes all utilities plus top of the range Internet. House is well maintained and constantly upgraded. The landlord is accredited. There is a garden shed and the garden is maintained by the landlord. There is off-street parking in front of the house.
