TENANTS - Persons over the age of 18, who will be responsible for rental payments, in full or in part, are required to be referenced through a Third-Party Referencing Company as a Tenant. In order to pass such checks, the Tenant must have a clear credit file (i.e. no CCJs, Bankruptcy, IVAs etc) and have a verified income, pension or savings equal to 2.5 times the monthly rent of the property.
