"We really enjoyed living here. I do quite a bit of work from home and what attracted me was the fact that I didn't have to work in the bedroom or living room. The temptation to have a cat nap or raid the fridge would have been too great!' It was also bigger than all the other flats I saw and with the balcony it was great sitting there with a drink watching the world go by."
What the previous tenants said about the apartment;
'We found the flat really convenient. Although we were so close to the DLR (only 1 mins walk) we didn't get any noise. Also, with the big balcony it was great to be able to get a breath of fresh air. We don't drive but it is also easy to pick up an inexpensive secure parking space if you need one. Perhaps the best bit of all is that you get free access to the gym and fitness pool (cost is included in the service charge) and it means that you save so much on gym fees. It's also so close to Greenwich historic town centre and Blackheath.'

"You might think that the properties in this development are all identical. This is definitely not the case as this property not only has the large balcony which everyone who visits the property absolutely adores but it also has the vestibule which allows you to have a seperate office or study at home. We believe that properties have character and this one really does. We have been involved with this property for some 12 years and in all that time we have had no complaints and if our memory serves us well, we have not had a single maintenance issue to deal with during that time. There is something special about this property and whoever comes to own it will find that they have a very warm, welcoming home close to all amenities and transport.'
