Spacious detached family house.

Description

The house is intended to provide good family accommodation and has been enlarged by the present owner. On entering the house you are met with a large hallway leading down to the kitchen. Also off the hallway is the office with double stone mullion window looking out over the gravelled driveway. The downstairs cloakroom can also be accessed off the hall. The kitchen is a light and airy space with room for a breakfast table and excellent double doors leading out to the back garden. You also have access to the all-important utility room by the kitchen or back door as well. Moving on from the kitchen is the dining room, which also benefits from large double doors providing access to the rear garden. From the dining room is the sitting room with a large bay mullion window and gas fireplace which leads on to the games room. The current owners have added a garden room with lovely stone floors and large windows which take advantage of the natural sunlight available.

Upstairs we have a large landing space and principal bedroom with built-in wardrobes and an en suite shower room. There is also an additional en suite shower room for the second bedroom, with the other three bedrooms sharing the family bathroom.

Outside there is ample parking for multiple cars plus a large two bay garage with space above. The garden envelopes the property in a full 360 degree radius, with raised decking area to the rear and garden shed. Although part of the garden has been sectioned off to provide further privacy, more garden space can be accessed through the gateway in the hedge.
