The campus is fully equipped to facilitate the needs of their tenants further benefiting from ample onsite parking, manned reception and canteen.

Over 130 serviced office units and studios on campus from 120 sq. ft (11 sq. metres) to 2,000 sq. ft (185 sq. metres). Fully-serviced industrial workshops from 500 sq. ft (46.5 sq. metres) – 2,500 sq. ft (232 sq. metres) and fully equipped engineering spaces which can be rented on a weekly or monthly basis.
