COSTS/CHARGES/CHANGES TO YOUR TENANCY EXPLAINED HOLDING MONIES When you decide to take a property, it is required that you place a holding amount of £100.00.  This will later go towards your rent. A property is not taken from the market/put on hold/other viewings stopped until you put down the holding money. You must also complete an application the same day.
