A wide panelled painted door leads into the spacious and welcoming entrance vestibule. Fitted with a tiled floor and partial wall panelling, an arched window overlooks the property frontage. A large wall mounted cupboard contains the electricity circuit breakers and meters, while an open doorway leads into the reception hall area. Within the hall a set of wooden slatted doors opens into the boiler room, which also houses the hot water cylinder and provides ample storage space.
From the reception hall double doors lead into the impressive sitting/dining room. Featuring a high vaulted ceiling with exposed timber beams and three bespoke chandeliers, the original wooden flooring has been fully restored. With excellent space available for both relaxation and formal dining, this striking room benefits from plentiful natural light from the skylights and a deep silled window, while twin glazed doors allow access to the paved terrace beyond. Creating a warm and inviting ambience, the HWAM stove is a welcome feature.
Partially glazed double doors with adjacent glazed panel open from the sitting area into the dining kitchen. Well equipped with an array of base and wall units, there are a range of integrated appliances, including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and double oven. It is understood that the freestanding tumble drier will also remain. A U-shaped laminate work surface with contrasting splash back tiling incorporates a 1.5 ceramic sink with drainer, in addition to a four ring induction hob with extractor fan above. Twin windows provide natural light and there is also zoned spotlighting.
An open carpeted hallway from the sitting room leads to the remainder of the living accommodation, while a ceiling hatch provides access to the loft space above.
