In order to apply for the property, a holding deposit of £200 will be required. Once the student and guarantor has passed referencing and a tenancy agreement is entered into, the holding deposit will be used towards first instalment of rent (please see our terms of business for more information). A security deposit of £1,000 will be due by 31 December 2024 and and the first instalment of rent will be required 14 days prior to moving in.
All students and guarantors will have to be satisfactorily referenced and credit checked before a tenancy begins.
