One of the easiest ways of visiting Cambridge by car is to park at one of the 5 Park and Ride sites located on the outskirts of the city. Or why not go green and follow the NCN routes 11 and 51 through Cambridgeshire. Start the route in Godmanchester and either finish at Huntingdon Train Station or the River Cam in Cambridge, taking in all the scenic views.

Education

Godmanchester has an array of schools ageing from Nursery up to Primary. St Annes Church of England Primary School and Godmanchester Community Primary School were both rated Good on their latest Ofsted report. The new Godmanchester Bridge Academy is another primary school located on the development which is now registering pupils. Hitchingbrooke School, a secondary school rated Good, is only a short drive away in Huntingdon.
