The large and friendly village of Chinnor sits in South Oxfordshire, on the edge of the Chiltern Hills AONB and a short distance from High Wycombe, Aylesbury and Oxford. With a population of around 6,000 and a great range of local shops and services, along with a charming centre and short travel time to London, it's no surprise Chinnor is a popular choice for new homeowners including first-time buyers, families and commuters.

Nearby road and rail links put several commuter locations within easy reach, and when you're in need of some breathing space, the development is just a stone's throw from several beautiful nature reserves.
