Llay itself is an attractive semi-rural village, with central Wrexham around five miles to the south and Chester around ten miles away from our houses for sale in Llay. Maes y Rhedyn is well placed for those working locally and for residents with a longer commute, with straightforward access to the Mersey crossings and to roads towards Manchester or into North Wales. There are regular trains close by to our properties for sale in Llay, with routes to Chester and beyond from Wrexham General, while Wrexham Central connects with Merseyrail at Bidston for services on to Liverpool. For commuters, the proximity of employment centres around Wrexham, Chester, Deeside and beyond will prove invaluable, with Liverpool and Manchester also offering a wealth of business opportunities. Business and leisure travellers will enjoy the ease of access to the airports at Liverpool and Manchester, both around 50 minutes’ drive away, while London is also easy to reach, with regular trains from Chester offering a journey time of just over two hours.
