Junction 22 of the M1 motorway is accessible via the A511 and A512, and will take around 45 minutes. The M1 provides onward travel to Sheffield (1 hour and 12 minutes) and Leeds (1 hour and 36 minutes) heading north, and Leicester (50 minutes), Milton Keynes (1 hour and 36 minutes) and London (2 hours and 46 minutes) heading south.
For train travel, Burton railway station is just five minutes away in the car and offers services to Birmingham (35 minutes), Derby (22 minutes), Nottingham (45 minutes), Sheffield (55 minutes), Leeds (1 hour and 42 minutes) and Newcastle (3 hours and 9 minutes).
