With one three bedroom detached house and five terraced two bedroom houses, our shared ownership homes at Sun Houses, located off Yelland Road, is between the villages of Fremington and Instow along the River Taw.

There is easy access to the nearby towns of Barnstaple and Bideford, as well as the North Devon link road and the Atlantic Highway for the glorious beaches and pretty villages of North Devon and access to North Cornwall.
