Cornwall Housing - Trecerus Farm

Trecerus Farm Padstow is our latest development for 55 new homes. These homes have all been purchased by Cornwall Council who will offer the local people of Cornwall an opportunity to both purchase and rent these homes in an affordable homes scheme. Cornwall and particularly towns like Padstow have suffered with Affordable homes for many years and we are pleased to be working with Cornwall Council and offering the County some much needed affordable homes for people to live. 

We designed this scheme to still be attractive and have design features that other affordable schemes seem to lack. We design our homes to fit into the surrounding area whatever the tenure of the home is. We don't believe just because a home is affordable it has to suffer in design.
