Reputation is everything

Selected agent pages now include all the information you require to be confident in the estate agent you’re choosing. Find out more about your local agents through the awards they’ve won, the customer testimonials received, their office opening hours, as well as local area knowledge and amenities.

Why is personal branding important?

Estate agency is constantly evolving. A few years ago, it was relatively rare to see the contact details of individual agents. But today many of our customers are now promoting themselves, as much as their estate agency firms, on their own websites and on social media. That’s why we’re pleased to offer our agents the ability to show their individual team members on our branch details pages. Estate agency is a people business after all!

Improved property search

Auction properties

You can now easily browse for auction properties through our dedicated auction search. Simply access via the main navigation.

You can also find auction properties through a new filter in the main sales property search.

Property information

We’ve now included accessible features, pet-friendly and greener choice information on property listings.

We’ve also improved property material information when available, with more to come including: tenure, lease, council tax, service charge, ground rent.

Looking for a property that welcomes pets? Just tick “Pet-friendly” in the filters and we’ll just show you those that say they do.

Greener choice

Our homes use a lot of energy and are one of the largest contributors to our personal carbon footprints. We'll now help you identify properties that have less impact on the environment with our new “Greener choice” filter.

Accessible features

Do you need a home which meets specific accessibility requirements, such as step-free access, wide doorways or an adapted kitchen? Select “Accessible features” and we’ll narrow down your results.

Student homes

In addition to our dedicated student rental search, you can now filter to only show or hide student properties within the main rental search.

Auction properties

Are you an avid watcher of Homes Under the Hammer and want to give it a try yourself? As well as our new dedicated auction search, you can also find auction properties in the main sales search, helping you to filter them in your results.

Reduced price

Only interested in properties which have recently had a price reduction? Tick this filter and we’ll show you all the properties within your search that have had a reduction within the last fortnight.

Note

Many of our filters are based on sophisticated text searches, but please always confirm details, such as the option to keep pets, with the applicable agent before entering into a contract or paying any monies.

WhatsApp messenger

You can now use WhatsApp Messenger to contact agents directly. Look out for the WhatsApp icon on the property details pages of those participating agents and send your enquiry about a property for sale or rent via WhatsApp Messenger.
