Planning and development
The site was originally granted outline planning permission on 3 October 2003 for the erection of a pair of semi detached houses. Planning Reference 2003/1800/01/OUT. As part of the planning permission the site was required to have an archeological survey carried out. This was duely carried out and it has been determined that there are no elements in the site of archeological interest. As such, the site is ready for a renewed application for residential development. We are advised by our client that have had an indication that a scheme for a pair of semi detached houses or a block of three terraces may be considered subject to detail. All enquiries in relation to potential development must be made to the local planning authority.
