TERMS
The offices are available on an initial twelve-month licence agreement, payable monthly in advance. We have been advised that VAT is applicable. Prior to occupying the office, a deposit equivalent to one month's licence fee, plus VAT is required.

Included with the offices are 4 hours of free meeting room hire per month, with a 20% reduction on meeting room hire thereafter. The licence fee also covers utilities.

IT/communications are at tenants cost.

Car parking is available, subject to availability, with a permit costing £50 per calendar month, plus VAT. Additional staff and visitor parking is available on campus on a pay and display basis.
