We are an independent Estate Agency committed to providing an exceptional level of service.  Established in Oakengates in 1966 by Ron and Godfrey Temperton, the business grew and a second branch opened in Newport in 1978, and further offices in Telford soon afterwards. The current Partners in the business, Nicholas Hughes MRICS and Andrew Temperton MRICS offer a wealth of local knowledge which comes from and a lifetime of living and working in the local area, and have a wealth of experience within the property industry. As Telford has changed, so has Tempertons; the use of technology has allowed us to continue to cover Telford, Newport and the surrounding areas, but now we are based in one office in Newport.  We are a family firm, exceptionally enthusiastic and passionate, with a highly motivated team having a personal interest in achieving the best results for our clients whilst remaining focused on ensuring the highest service standards and maintaining regular contact at all times. This, together with expert negotiating skills, sound local knowledge and superb marketing, enable us to offer a service of which we are proud. As well as having our own easy to use internet website we also subscribe to many key national property portals to ensure we fully maximise the coverage of your home. We will use social media channels to promote both or brand and to advertise our properties, but we still print our sales particulars for those who enjoy keeping a paper copy and you are welcome to come into our office and ask for a copy.
