Tenants Fees

All tenants
with their name on the tenancy agreement or lease will need to be credit
checked.

non-refundable fee including VAT is £50 for this service which will need to be
paid in advance per tenant.

Landlord Fees

Bronze service
fee for tenant finding, tenant referencing and facilitating the deposit with
the Deposit Protection Scheme only 5% including VAT of the first years rent or
as agreed.

Silver service
fee for tenant finding, tenant referencing, facilitating the deposit with the
Deposit Protection Scheme, drafting the tenancy agreement or lease using a
standard RICS form and a written, photographic and video schedule of condition.
Our fee would be 10% including VAT of the first years rent or as agreed.

Gold service
fee for tenant finding, tenant referencing, facilitating the deposit with the
Deposit Protection Scheme, drafting the tenancy agreement or lease using a standard
RICS form and a written, photographic and video schedule of condition.
Quarterly inspections, organising regular maintenance were needed, 24/7 contact
with us from the tenant in an emergency, Our fee would be the first month’s
rent including VAT and 8% including VAT of every years rent thereafter or as
agreed.
