Rental Terms And Costs - Office 1 is available at a rental of £5,200 p.a. plus VAT

Office 2 is available at a rental of £4,420 p.a. plus VAT.

In addition to the rent, a separate service charge of £2,145 p.a., plus VAT, is payable on office 1, and a service charge of £1,900 p.a., also plus VAT, is payable on office 2.

In addition, there is a service charge to cover maintenance of common parts, security and management of the building.

The Landlord’s legal costs must be underwritten by the Tenant unless the lease is signed, in which case each party will be responsible for their own legal costs. If sub-divided, each area would be charged at approximately one half of the above figures.
