Our fees are as transparent as possible - for the Full Management Service we charge 10.0%.There is an initial set up fee of £180.00 including VAT (£150.00 + VAT)  and, should we be required to find new tenants at a later date, it is reduced to £120.00 including VAT (£100.00 + VAT). Landlords who either have an HMO property or two or more managed by us will be entitled to an reduced ongoing management rate. That's it.  Tenants benefit from a first class range of properties, and extremely trustworthy contractors. You will find our staff very knowledgeable and displaying a real commitment to finding the ideal property every time.  Should there be a maintenance issue with a property, then speed is vital.  We use a range of professional contractors who will attend as soon as possible.
